Full Service Wedding Planning

Our most comprehensive service, perfect for time-pressed couples requiring a professionally planned, beautifully designed and seamlessly coordinated wedding, with expert guidance and support throughout the entire planning process.

Full service wedding planning offers complete personal attention to your wedding from the outset, ensuring a seamless and curated experience for you - from sourcing the perfect venue (in line with your brief and budget), development of the wedding design, and building the ideal supplier team, to complete wedding management during the process, full event coordination, and styling and set up on the day itself.

Ideal for those with busy schedules, complicated logistics, or planning a U.K. wedding from overseas, this service offers regular meetings and check-ins during the planning months (either in person, over the phone, or via video call), and emails updating on progress, as well as unlimited phone and email support during the final two weeks to deal with last minute requests. You will also benefit from full access to all features in the interactive Digital Planning Suite throughout the entire process, where every aspect of your wedding is recorded and updated in one place - with a comprehensive checklist, real-time budget-tracker, digital design studio, detailed timeline for the day, guest list and table plan designer, and a full record of all contracted suppliers' contact details.

On the day itself, I will be at the venue from the time it opens to the end of the first dance (approx. 10 hours), to ensure all event areas are correctly set up and styled as per the design plan (inclusive of complimentary use of any items from our Hire Collection), greet and direct suppliers as they arrive, coordinate the running of the day to ensure all events run as scheduled, and troubleshoot any unexpected eventualities on your behalf - allowing you and your guests to fully relax and enjoy your celebrations.

Perfect for couples who have already sourced their venue and have catering arrangements in place, however require the reassurance of a professional to ensure a beautifully designed and seamlessly coordinated wedding, with expert guidance and support throughout the planning process.

Partial wedding planning offers complete personal attention to your wedding from the point of booking, ensuring a seamless and curated experience for you - from development of the wedding design and building the ideal supplier team, to complete wedding management during the process, full event coordination, and styling and set up on the day itself.

This service offers regular meetings and check-ins during the planning months and emails updating on progress, as well as unlimited phone and email support during the final two weeks to deal with last minute requests. You will also benefit from full access to all features in the interactive Digital Planning Suite throughout the entire process, where every aspect of your wedding is recorded and updated in one place - with a comprehensive checklist, real-time budget-tracker, digital design studio, detailed timeline for the day, guest list and table plan designer, and a full record of all contracted suppliers' contact details.

Wedding Design

For couples requiring help with developing the overall style and design for their wedding, for maximum visual impact and a cohesive look.

After an initial discussion to establish your ultimate vision for your day, I will work closely with you to develop any existing ideas and determine a style or theme for your wedding. If your chosen venue is one I am unfamiliar with, I will visit both your ceremony and reception locations to envisage how any potential décor will work in situ. I will then create an inspiration board uniquely for you, based on style, suitability and budget.

After reviewing the inspiration and selecting the elements you like, I will pull the final design together into a custom design proposal. The proposal will serve as a blueprint for your wedding, demonstrating how the design will be implemented throughout the entire day - from floor plans and room layouts to floral arrangements, rentals and décor - along with a list of hand-picked suppliers to achieve the look.

INVESTMENT | £450

If a venue visit is required, this will incur a £50 supplement

Wedding Management

For couples who have already sourced their venue and have coordination arrangements in place for on the day, however require professional assistance with the organisational and logistical aspects of planning their wedding, ensuring nothing is overlooked.

After an initial discussion to establish the areas in which assistance is most required, I will lead the wedding planning admin for you to ensure a seamless and stress-free event. I will work with you to establish and manage a realistic budget, create a wedding day timeline, keep you on top of checklists, recommend suppliers and request quotes, review contracts and payment schedules, and manage your seating charts and floor plans - all of which can be accessed at any time via my online Digital Planning Suite.

I will be in regular contact during the planning months whenever needed to offer professional advice and guidance, answer any questions, and ensure that you feel completely confident in the choices you make towards creating your perfect day.

If not enlisting a Wedding Coordination service, I will liaise with your designated event manager (for example a venue coordinator, or friend/family member) 3-4 weeks before the wedding to organise the handover of the schedule and all key information, to ensure a smooth transition for the day itself.

Wedding Coordination

Perfect for couples who have successfully planned their own wedding, however would like the reassurance of having an experienced planner on-hand to tie in the final details in the final few weeks, and ensure their wedding runs smoothly on the day itself.

Upon booking, I will send out an Initial Client Questionnaire to get a better understanding of your overall plans so far, and during the planning process I will be on-hand to answer any queries to ensure a smooth running order on the day.

I will meet with you 6-8 weeks before your wedding date to finalise the timeline, walk through the decor brief and layouts, liaise with your suppliers and identify any last-minute tasks to be undertaken. After this meeting you will receive access to my online Digital Planning Suite to collate all important wedding-related information (including detailed timeline for the day, guest list and table plan layout, and a full record of all contracted suppliers' contact details), plus full phone and email support to keep up to speed with any changes.

On the day itself I will be on-hand from the time the venue opens to the end of the first dance, to oversee the set up of both your ceremony and reception sites, greet and direct suppliers as they arrive, coordinate the running of the day to ensure all runs smoothly and on schedule, and troubleshoot any unexpected eventualities on your behalf - allowing you and your guests to fully relax and enjoy your celebrations with your guests.

Styling & Set Up

Perfect for couples with a clear design vision, however would benefit from the reassurance of having a professional with a keen eye for detail taking care of setting up their decor on the day.

Upon booking, I will send out an Initial Styling Questionnaire to get a better understanding of your overall design plans, and during the planning process I will be on-hand to answer any queries, and provide recommendations where required to help pull together the look.

I will meet with you 4- 6 weeks before your wedding to review your designs and collect a list of your decor, and arrive at your venue on the morning of your wedding to arrange it exactly as you envisage. This service includes the set up and styling of both ceremony and reception areas (to include room turnaround where the same space is to be used for both), and any additional styling as required, such as entranceways, outdoor areas, cake/card tables, and photo displays. I will also liaise with your suppliers as they arrive, ensuring that tables are correctly laid and floral arrangements and centrepieces are in place. This service includes the complimentary use of any props from my Hire Collection, and we can help to source any additional styling pieces as required (such as alternate linens, tableware, glassware, cutlery etc.) to compliment the theme.

After the wedding I will return to collect and organise the return of any hire equipment, leaving you free to carry on enjoying any extended celebrations safe in the knowledge that everything is taken care of.
